Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mersh. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods.

We are trying our best to avoid any mistakes related to choosing sizes when purchasing from our online store. Please, note that all available sizes are stated in inches and centimeters to facilitate our customers’ purchasing process.

Returning Goods

  • Contact us by email: info@mymersh.com within 14 days of your purchase to request either a return or exchange.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton once we authorize the return or exchange.
  • Include the invoice or email confirmation.
  • Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacture’s package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
